When I went to have my 2001 Ford Escape inspected and found out 3 days before the end of the month that it was going to require much more work and money than it was worth, I didn't know what I was going to do. Luckily, the guys at Keller Bros. Ford we're extremely helpful in finding me the perfect car that very day! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. Chris and Mike from the sales team sat down with me to discuss my needs, and went to work right away. Chris and I drove several cars, and he was very knowledgeable about each. After we found the one that I fell in love with (a 2017 Ford C-Max Titanium), Chris and Mike helped me figure out the best way to pay for it. I was not pressured at all, and felt that they truly had my best interest in mind. They let me take the car home for the night to make sure it was the right one for me. Chris even spoke with me via phone and text that night to answer some additional questions. The next day, I went in to sign the paperwork. While I did, the service team washed and detailed the car inside and out so that it was shiny and clean for me to drive off the lot.
This was our 4th vehicle we bought from Keller Bros since 2013 and had nothing but good experiences. We traded a F-250 in for a F-150 pick up and had nothing but a good experience. The sales staff is great Eric took good care of us, he even came in on his day off so we could take delivery. My wife and I purchased a 2017 Escape from Keller Brothers. We had never bought a brand new car from a dealership and of course, everyone knows the horror stories of pushy salespeople or deceptive pricing, etc. From the first email I sent to our saleswoman, Kaitlyn, until we walked out the door with the keys after purchasing it, our experience at Keller Brothers was nothing short of fantastic! Everyone we interacted with helpful, polite and listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. We NEVER felt pushed into anything. We also loved that they have a family friendly waiting area. We had our 2 year old daughter with us, and she loved the toys, coloring books, and snacks!
This was, without a doubt, the best car experience I have ever had! I worked with Matt Elliott, who was super pleasant and proved he really cared about putting me in a car that I would love! The used car I was interested in unfortunately had a cosmetic issue ... which was all I could see when I looked at it. Matt asked me to give them a second chance with the car ... that he would try to resolve the issue. I thought it would be impossible, but he did just what he promised! Two thumbs up. These guys went above and beyond to make this deal happen and in the end I drove out of there in a 2018 Mustang GT. At first I was told it would be early spring before I could get it since the car I put together on the Ford website has to be built. They didn't stop there. They searched the country and found the exact vehicle. Big props to them. I'll definitely use them for my vehicle needs in the future.

Lastly, Keller Brothers doesn't just sell you the car and wipe their hands of you. Since we purchased it in May, we have had 2 situations where we contacted them regarding a concern/issue and they promptly and completely handled both situations. We love our Escape and are so glad that we went to Keller Brothers!
