Extremely poor customer service. I was at the Harrisburg Target and they only had 1 left of an item that I needed more of. We called the Lititz store to see of they had the item I needed and they said they had 12 in stock. My husband asked if they could hold 8 for us. They said yes and that they would be at guest services for 24 hours. We get there an hour later and were told they can't hold them and they were out on the floor. We went looking for the item and it was not on the floor. So we went to electronics where an employee was working. By this point I find myself feeling a little bit annoyed. She proceded to tell me that there was a limit of 1 per guest after she called someone on the radio. My family of 4 was there so I said great, I want 4. She said it didn't work that way. Apparently we were 1 guest even though there were 4 of us standing there. I wasn't overly nasty with the girl but I was obviously not happy at this point. I didn't swear or scream at her but I wasn't all peaches and cream. She said that she needed me to "be kind" to her and that she needed to "protect herself". Seriously?! I was standing 10 feet away from her, didn't curse or threaten her in any way! I drove an hour, was promised 8 and now you want to give me 1. Anyone would be irritated! She walked away. She was probably too scared to come back to let us know what was going on because we didn't see her again. She honestly should find another position where she doesn't have to deal with people. If she thought I was scary I pity the poor girl when someone really flips off on her! The manager came soon after she walked away. He did give me 4 and really didn't say much at all when I explained the situation to him. Totally unprofessional and need to get their act together! I traveled to another Target after that and bought 4 more and they had no limit! I will definitely not be shopping the Lititz Target again! Wyomissing Target is the best one I've been to! Lititz by far the worst!
Store restrooms are not easily handicap accessible with store electric wheelchair you get stuck almost due to extremely tight tight space only 1 person can fit between 2 walls leading to the restrooms barely fit any kind of wheelchair expect maybe manual rolling ones. Staff in tech some are very unhelpful waste gas money running home to there. Not nearly enough handicap spaces if none handicap people have to walk long distance to get into stores. only got like 6 handicap spaces in the entire parking lot. What a poorly designed store.
If you are a delivery driver dont deliver to this target first off they think 5 pizzas is a large order and then they told me that they were not going to tip because it is a large order. Most places do not pay delivery drivers much more than minimum wage of a waitress and we rely on tips to be able to make at least regular minimum wage. They were very rude and made me wait bc they didnt even have their payment ready. Not only will i not deliver here again i also will not be shopping at a place that acts this way!
This Target is great. Love the convenient location. I do not like the parking. I feel like all the Targets have a horrible parking lot. They have some pretty cool stuff. Basically everything you need to survive. Food, clothes, COFFEE etc. The store is pretty clean and organized. The dressing room is a trainwreck at least when I was there. Overall it's Target it's a one stop shop plus you buy other stuff you don't need and forget the stuff you do need so then you get to go back and repeat
Great place for a multitude of items.. More upscale than the Mart of Wal.
