Good location. Clean and well kept. My kids seem to have a hard time picking books out because they are on a jam packed shelf... Manheim library has a great set up where books are in crates so the kids actually see the cover (maybe this is just my children?). I do have to agree that the librarians seem rude and stand offish.
Lititz Library is a wonderful place.Always a busy place with activities for all ages. Book sales twice a year is a big winner, I have a nine year old granddaughter that loved the program reading to dogs, it helps children to enjoy reading and the dogs are so patient and adorable to see. A visit is a must you won't be sorry. One of my families favorite place to go.
Quiet and cozy, you can get almost any book you can think of here. If it's not in the library physically you can go on the computer and request it from a rather large library chain. It's really nice and the books arrive pretty quickly most times! You can even get emails or texts when your book arrives! Mostly friendly service, the librarians will help you with whatever you need.
This is my very favorite library. It is clean, bright and open. Plenty of computers and knowledgeable staff to help locate items. The children's area is inviting, there are plenty of quiet areas to study, and the grounds are beautiful. Well done Lititz!
