Desk staff is friendly and courteous, and the hotel otherwise has all the other basic accommodations. That's about it for the positives though.
Great, basic place to stay. Would be nice if they fixed the whirlpool though.
Broken outlets and phones, as well as a mini fridge with only two settings: off and freezer. A "fix" by maintenance was actually a "it was never broken" but that didn't last.
friendly staff and clean hotel. But, i booked this hotel for the hot tub. some people like free breakfast at a hotel, i look for the hot tubs. when we arrived we saw that the hot tub was empty. wasn't happy. the girl at the hotel desk told us that the hot tub has been out of service for one year. they are not planning on fixing it. When i told her i only came for the hot tub, she said that they don't advertise a hot tub on any of the hotel sites. I wasn't going to argue but i knew she was wrong. Just looked up this hotel and it certainly does state a hot tub. Don't appreciate that i was lied to. Will not be back to this place.
Very clean. Rooms are clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and well maintained. Parking is well lit and hotel is in a nice area. Local shopping plaza less than a mile down the road and a few restaurants within walking distance. Common area is spacious and enough tables and chairs for breakfast that it's not too crowded. Typical breakfast items but again very clean and organized.
Nice, clean, full house. Hot tub was down. Only complaint
