This past experience was no different than the ones that I have had in the past. Even with change in some of the staff and equipment, I have been treated as I was their most important patient. The center manager and staff have been quality people and you can even joke with them. They create an atmosphere that we the patients and the staff are like family for a short period of time. When I had to come back as a patient, you just pick up where you left off.
What a tremendous team! I have improved function and endurance from my time here at NovaCare in Lititz, PA. The staff are more than polite and cordial; they are genuinely interested in your progress and want nothing but the best for their patients. And they have fun doing it! I'm anxious to transition to the wellness phase next week to make even more progress.
